I'm responsible for:
1- Management and coordination all the activities related to Projects operation to achieve the company
targets within the terms of the policies, procedures and authorities delegated to her.
2- Ensuring client is properly informed on all technical and risk matters of the project
3- Coordination with engineering department (Planning, MEP Department, Quality, Safety …) related to
projects, which she study.
4-Representation of Company in pre-Tender meeting &Site Visit.
5- Monitor, identify, and analyize All project costs with a view of facilitating the completion of the projects at
minimum cost and with in budget limits.
6-Coordinate with Sales team in preparing Company profiles & prequalification to be submitted to any new
clients.
7-Follow up with client &developer during bid evaluation stage.
1- Divide the project into packages and contact suppliers and sub-contractors to obtain (through
Request for Quotation-RFQ) and compare price offers and quotations for the various materials/items
needed for the project.
2-Conduct comparison studies for suppliers and subcontractors quotations, develop cost estimation in
response to the client s Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and calculate direct costs based on client specific
requirements.
3- Perform quantity surveying for projects as the need arises.
4- Liaise with the Procurement department, whenever needed, to get contact to, or obtain information
about, suppliers who are hard to reach
I 'm responsible for :
1-Studying the Bid documents, project contract and request proposal.
2-Check the design drawings and the (B.O.Q).
3-Visit the site and identify the constraints and calculate the supplies required for the project.
4-Estimating the cost of the material by getting price quotation from subcontractor.
5-Break down and estimate the cost related to the project including materials, labor, and equipment .
6-Review and comparison of supplier quotation.
7- selection of proposed equipment and supplier.
8-preparation of tender technical submission.
I worked as a civil technical office engineer in " ZOHR Development Project " \[ phase I \], with a great focus on steel structure design .
I was responsible for :
1- Prepare Bill Of Quantities ( B.O.Q ) that provides the project by steel materials .
2- Prepare detailed drawings of PESB and PLER .
3- made a successful Fire test sample according to BS 476 at National Research Centre.
4- Participate in the preparation and calculation of the lifting plan for PESB and PLER.
5- handling issues and solve clashes during production stages at PESB and PLER.
6- Attend weekly meetings with client to discuss delivering the project
