responsible of: assisting in developing the Costs & Production Module in the ERP Systems of the company, implementing our systems and making visits to the client’s H.Q. and presenting & giving consults that make the workflow accurate and helpful for decision making and controlling the cost of the products, and answering clients consults to help them implement a quality costing systems.
I was responsible of: preparing, recording and updating the data of the Production module in the ERP system ( BOM, Work Centers, Tracks, Operations, Cost of Work Centers, Labors and Overhead ), revising the production orders recorded in the accounting system, Recording and completely analyzing all the expenses, CALCULATING THE COST of the fine products, Making estimates of the cost of new and proposed products, revising the rejected materials percentages, SETTING MONTHLY and SEASONAL BUDGETS for the SALES and its branches (retail & wholesale), PRODUCTION and PURCHASES departments, follow the process of APPLYING the monthly and seasonal plan for each department and analyzing the deviations, Preparing periodic reports such as; Monthly Expenses Analysis, Comparing Standard to Actual Costs, Income & Costs Statements.
Bachelor Degree in Accounting
