Responsible for internal audit and reporting internal audit results.
Approve toolbox meeting topics.
Approve & arranges for necessary Site / office preparation for HSE training.
Approve & arranges the material for HSE training (hand-outs, tests, videos, etc.).
Approve workplaces and workplace equipment inspections, such as scaffolding, to ensure they meet safety regulations
and to identify hazards and risks.
Approve storing dangerous materials correctly.
Approve identifying and testing work areas for potential accident and health hazards, such as toxic fumes and explosive
gas-air mixtures, and implement appropriate control measures.
Approve recording and reporting hazards, accidents, injuries and health issues within the workplace.
Approve the investigation of accidents and unsafe working conditions and studying possible causes and recommend
remedial action.
Issues necessary HSE monthly, quarterly and annual company HSE data reports and projects forecasted HSE
requirements.
Approve the identification of HSE training requirements and subsequent training for all levels of employees.
Investigate accidents and dangerous occurrences and recommend means of preventing recurrence.
Review supervisor's accident reports and maintain the accident report system, including files.
Responsible for visiting all job site work areas on a routine bases and conduct safety survey.
Assist the company in complying with current health and safety legislation and/or regulations with the objective of ensuring
that all reasonable and proper measures are taken to protect the safety and health of learners, staff and visitors.
Act as liaison with all related governmental bodies and regulating agencies.
Responsible that an organization is aware of, and complies with, all legislation relating to its duty of care, workplace
activities and the use of its plant, equipment and substances.
Responsible for preventing injury to personnel and damage to plant and equipment.

and pre-contract training requirements.

Inspect daily work places and equipment to ensure it fulfill safety requirement.
Observe accident investigation and issuing a detailed report containing the suitable way of prevention and precaution in
the future.
Instruct workers for safety and perform safety lecture periodically.
Follow-up workers safety internal and externals training.
Ensure using of safety tools and equipment in a proper way.
Training new hired staff and worker for safety and the importance of industry safety health.
Create emergency plans and ways for safe evacuation in case of disaster.
Prepare and keep all related documents and files concerning labor offices and governmental inspection.
Prepare registries for compressor examinations, crane examination, and periodic medical inspection of workers.
Make agreement with measurement center to perform environmental measures inside the factory such as noise level,
temperature level, gazes and radiations.
Supervise first aid process.
Apply the 5s application for increasing factory organization.
Follow up registry of dangerous chemicals MSDS.

Follow-up the factory within breaks times, weekends and vacation to ensure that all equipment and machines are in safe
situation.
Manage programs, policies, and processes in support of project health, safety, and environmental programs.
Responsible for field level implementation of health, safety, and environmental policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Implementation of various aspects of management systems in all areas of HSE.
Administers the HSE programs on the project at the direction of the Project manager.
Audits HSE programs and site conditions at all work sites.

Implementing health and safety risk management programs relevant to their operations, teaching, research and consulting
functions and work environment.
Leading Safety Committee Meeting and Keep Meeting Records.
Monitor compliance to policies and laws by inspecting employees and operations.
Creating Environment Records and waste management record.
Prepare bi monthly H&S reports to management Committees.
Performing Gap Analysis for all Gaps and Putting Effective Action Plans with Responsibilities and Target Date to
accomplish, and Track all Actions through Site Safety Action Plan.
Managing Site Safety Inspection System for Forklifts, Welding Work, and PPE, s Inspections, etc.
Ensuring that staff are appropriately trained and supervise.
Analyze Safety Accidents Data and Creating Action Plans.
Perform and Track Cranes, Scaffolds, Forklift and Other Equipment’s Inspections.
Creating reports for top management.
Creating HSE Safety Plan, Emergency Response Plan, Risk Assessment with all Documentations Required.
Ensure implementation of all procedures and work instruction for OHSAS 18001
Prepare HSE programs to control & prevent unsafe conditions & acts.
Prepare regular site tour plans to cover all company location and record these tours and follow-up the closure of its
corrective and preventive actions.
Issue & review safe work instructions for routine and non- routine activities.
Prepare & review risk assessment for all activities and ensure implement safe precautions.
Internal and external communication with official authorities.
Arrange monthly safety committee meeting and follow-up its decrees.
Prepare semiannual & annual reports for governmental authorities.
Manage HSE team & Communicate tasks to shift supervisors and follow-up performance.
Investigate accident / near miss with area owner to define root cause and needed actions.
Consolidate all HSE issues from this team and follow-up its closure with departments.
Perfume HSE awareness as per plans.
Prepare/review Emergency Response Plans in order to match with current hazards, train worker on their roles and
evaluate the performance in simulation drills.
Prepare/review company environmental log and hazard log, update data monthly.
Carrying out impact assessments to identify, assess and reduce on site environmental risk.
Taking the lead on environmental and social management issues for the site.
Analyze Safety Accidents Data and Creating Action Plans.
Creating Legal Compliance System to Track all Legal Regulations and All Updates, and to verify Site Safety Compliance
System.
Establishing and Completing Illness and Incident Records and Communicate it with Labor Office.
Assists management in the annual audit & inspection of workplaces to assure safe and healthful conditions for workers.
Prepares appropriate notices for management to issue for abatement of any identified hazards.
Coordinating all aspects such as but not limited to pollution control, waste management, environmental health, hygiene,
safety and social aspects from the Environmental and Social Action Plan on site.
Training for all Employees such as Firefighting, Risk Assessment, Accident Investigations, Electrical Safety…etc.
