1) The New Dar Al Fouad Hospital building is located at Naser city -Cairo
With approximate built‐up area 65, 000 m² (except the basement floors) and approximately 6, 000 m²
Building footprint. The Project consists of 3 basements (B1, B2 & B3), ground floor, 8 floors, and roof.
Is divided into two main components:
- 1st component is a 5 star hospital with a capacity of 158 beds including 37 for intensive care units (ICU),
7 operating theatres and others
- 2nd component is a medical tower which contains 220 medical clinics
Constructed including finishes, fixtures and fittings.
2) Makah Haram Expansion project in K.S.A the project composed of the Third Saudi Extension Building with three praying floors and roofs, in addition to the basement, which compiles toilets, ablutions and the electromechanical services. Increasing the outdoor Piazzas and open praying areas, leading to the service building and terraces in a distance 660 meters from Kaaba. Bridges will be connecting the existing Haram and the Third Saudi Extension with the service building.

Responsibilities & Duties as a" Architectural MANAGER" were as follow: -
• Review and Coordinate all drawings and documents through all disciplines such as, structural, architectural, electrical, mechanical, landscaping, external works and other special construction and equipment.

-The CFC - Festival Centre as a whole shall consist of a curved mall building and a retail village allowing for net leasable area of about 145, 000 m2, acting as a major regional Retail Center.
- The Retail Centre is comprised of two (2) main components:
- The first is the Mall Building, which accommodates a group of atriums linked by hallways, inline retail shop, anchors, theatres, hypermarket and IKEA store.
-The second component of the Retail Centre, is the Retail Village zone. It addresses the core of the Retail Centre with all buildings surrounding the central lagoon, creating a unique, elegantly styled environment.
• Elrehab 2 Project- new Cairo (420 private villa- 174 Residential Building)
Review and Coordinate all drawings and documents through all disciplines such as, structural, architectural, electrical, mechanical, landscaping, external works and other special construction and equipment.
• Preparation and submission of monthly progress reports describing construction works and activities executed during the month and the status of work. Submit the construction progress, problems, and meetings report to Owner and respond to any inquiries
• Participation in regular meetings for management and contractors when required
• Ability to resolve problems effectively and clearly communicate results desired and effectively involve co-workers in problem resolution in order to develop and retain a team atmosphere.
• Develop and maintain harmonious relationships with contractors, co-workers, vendors, suppliers, and community stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain Project operational Procedures including for example, the following :
* Construction Management Procedures
* Progress reporting procedures
* Overall project control procedures
* Correspondences procedures
• Review and approval Organizational chart, construction program. method statement, layout of temporary site facilities, all materials, samples, manufacturing data, material sources, shop drawing, and fabrication drawing submitted by the contractor, construction works. And Advise Owner of any issues and problems.
• Review and approval submit detailed work schedule showing the critical path of project, and update the schedule
• Supervise on-site installations, subsequent testing, equipment and systems. Advise Owner of operational issues and problems.
• Prepare financial status reports that showing estimated and actual project cost at various level of detail and make recommendations.
• Review and Coordinate all drawings and documents through all disciplines such as, structural, architectural, electrical, mechanical, landscaping, external works and other special construction and equipment.
• Preparation and submission of monthly progress reports describing construction works and activities executed during the month and the status of work. Submit the construction progress, problems, and meetings report to Owner and respond to any inquiries.
• Review As-Built drawings. Operations and Maintenance manuals and spare parts lists then hand-over to Owner upon project completion.
• Respond to request for clarification submitted by Contractors, in a timely manner.
• Maintain complete project records including, but not limited to, correspondence, variations, drawings, reports, minutes of meeting and all other project related communications.
• Implement the Project Control System to monitor and control the project's cost and work schedule.
