Develop and implementation for a new system for costing controlling Omega Software.

Key Responsibilities:
- Control the Food & Beverage Cost.‎
- Engineer the menu in terms of costing. ‎
- Prepare the costing for recipes and menus prepared by the Executive Chef and suggest the selling price.
- Prepare variance analysis for food & beverage and communicating / discussing with ‎relevant parties.‎
- Check the daily Food & Beverage revenues report submitted by the income audit for ‎accuracy of covers and average check.‎
- Prepare the monthly cost report department in relation to cost of sales.‎
- Check and ensure all menu items have a recipe.
- Review daily staff meal cost report.‎
- Organize and do stock take and monthly closing procedures and to prepare all ‎journals. Prepare cost board and the related journal vouchers.‎
- Check invoices against receiving record and compare them with purchase order and ‎purchase request, and to ensure that all invoices are stamped and signed by the ‎authorized person.‎
- Ensure that purchasing obtain up-to-date and accurate prices by comparing ‎prices against supplier’s quotations

Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities :

Logistics & stock Management :

Coordination with MFC management for the material and stock purchasing form the supplier.
Maintain an agreed back up stock in each warehouse .
Planning and execution of material transfers between central warehouse and other warehouses. Assures equipment function and activities comply with established laws, codes, rules, regulation, policies and procedure.
Maintains inventory by conducting monthly physical counts; reconciling variances; inputting data.
Analyze & Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports, or customer delivery issues.
Direct distribution operation to ensure achievement of cost, productivity, accuracy, or timeliness objectives.
Negotiate transportation rates or services.
Ensure carrier compliance with company policies & procedures for product transit or delivery.

Warehouses Management :

Meets warehouse financial standards by providing annual budget information; monitoring expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions
Implement health and safety procedures.
Fully responsibility for getting all needed governmental, commercial and civil defense approvals, following renewal.
Maintain proper insurance for the warehouses and material.
Maintains storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvements.
Keeps equipment operating by enforcing operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; requiring preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce.

Key Responsibilities as sales coordinator :
Responsible to generate different sales reports based on Region, City, Customer Name, Channel, Quantity, Value etc.
Trains new employees to make sure they meet various guidelines
Creates new and innovative ideas to sell product
Evaluates the performance of salespeople
Prepare Monthly Sales Target for sales team
Designs Sales Action Plan and communicate the same with the team to achieve monthly sales target
Makes sure that sales orders are delivered in within deadline
Settles upon delivery dates and times with other departments to make sure that the consumer interaction is of the utmost of professionalism
Assists the marketing department in new marketing campaigns
Makes sales goals and assists other members of the sales department in meeting them

Key Responsibilities :
Keeping in contact with existing customers in person and by phone
Making appointments with and meeting new customers
Agreeing sales, prices, contracts and payments
Meeting sales targets
Promoting new products and any special deals
Advising customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service
Recording orders and sending details to the sales office
Giving feedback on sales trends
