2- Arrange issuing the letter of credit via banks and make sure that it is suitable for Suppliers and make any amendments if it is necessary.
3- Arrange getting the import license & insurance contract.
4- Follow up the shipped goods to reach the company's warehouse at the right time.
5- Follow up the matter related to export undertaking (banks and ministry of Commerce)
6- Control all expenses and commissions related to import goods with banks and Suppliers.
