Receiving customer complains to proceed with the investigation to reach the root cause and determine the needed corrective actions which will be taken.
Liaise with the various operation departments to ensure the quality & standard of the provided services as needed from the customer airlines.
Liaise with the financial department to ensure the right implementations of the signed agreements & help solving any financial debates could occur.
Attending all audits commenced by customers or Civil Aviation Authority.
Key contact person with both regional & international associations like IATA (International Air Transportation Association), AACO (Arab Air Carriers Organization) and ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization).
Key contact with all air & ground affairs & expos held with the participation of EGYPTAIR Ground Services Company.
Member of the EGYPTAIR brand comity to insure the right implementing & the impact to customer satisfaction and market share.
- Responsible for analyzing operational data to reach the market share of the company.
- Prepare the studies regarding off-shore opportunities and report it to top management.
- Conduct customers surveys.
- Participation in planning the company yearly marketing plan.
- Determine the events which could be participated in with company teams.
Booking customers shipments spaces with different airlines.
Solving any problems occur to the customers that may affect their shipments delivery dates.
Resolving credit problems with both airlines & customers.
Responsible for the daily financial reports of the branch operations of both income and expenses.
