Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current
customers and prospective customers in UAE and GCC to generate new
business.
• Make telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing
and prospective customers.
• Research sources for developing prospective customers and for
information to determine their potential.
• Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and
prospective customers.
• Actively manages account base while seeking to optimize participation,
profitability, forecasting, inventory management, and shipping
performance.
• Deal with customer problems and complaints.
• Coordinate sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting,
logistics and technical service teams.
• Supply management with oral and written reports on customer needs,
problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new
products and services.
• Participates in trade shows and conventions.
Middle East and Sudan
• Achieve marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing
marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans
and reviews; productivity, quality and customer service
• Standards; handle and resolve issues; identifying trends; determining
system improvements.
• Meeting marketing and sales financial objectives by preparing annual
budgets
• Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements,
defining market, competitor share and competitor strengths and
