• Monitoring the rebates (special discounts) offered to key customers and ensuring the correct allocation of these.
• Handling claims and budget key customers for KSA and reconciling their statements on a monthly/quarterly / annually basis.
• Work with legal and insurance departments in risk management activities.
• Supporting area sales managers in achieving their sales & collection targets along with attaining the KPI of DSO.
• Closing AR monthly (Revenue Recognition, Trade Marketing, BDFs, D&E and Cash Rebates Accruals).

2- collected 1.3 M had old over 2 years ago from multi customers and resuming our business with those customers. It’s ensuring how credit controller can improve performance sales and collections.
3 - Refunded 2.1M from customer KA (fake claims) after reconciliation the account carefully.
