Lead the manufacturing function within budget and output targets to meet customer requirements,
Set department objectives/KPIs and review and assess ongoing performance of direct reports,

Reduce the no of labors in juice line from 70 labors to 54 labors with annual saving 768k SAR
Increase the filling machines speed 25% by increasing the heating capacity from 2500 watt to 2700 watt
Change the Gummy candy line operation from 2 shifts 12hour to 3 shifts 8 hours

Change the PET line operation from 2 shifts 12hour to 3 shifts 8 hours with annually saving more than 14000 working overtime hours
Issued the first overhaul OPL
Increase the PET line efficiency from 68% at 2013 to 78% at 2014 and 92% at the first quarter of 2015
