Role:
• Ensuring HSE goals, objectives and targets are met through personal leadership and involvement.
• Safe delivery and handover of the Project, sustainably, safely, on time, within budget.
• Provides overall guidance from a HSE perspective to the Project to ensure that the Project HSSE Management System is established and implemented into the overall Project execution strategy.
• Close monitoring of Contractors to ensure that Project HSE objectives are met.
• Provides HSE leadership to the Contractors and their respective teams.
• Champion the Project Safety culture, behaviors and engagement activities.
• Identifying, evaluating, and resolving HSE issues .
• Coordination with Construction Engineers in different disciplines during the Construction phase for their tasks related to HSE activities.
• Ensuring that the Project HSE procedures are established, maintained and implemented by the Contractors.
• Advising the construction team on questions of HSE, collaborating in the definition of objectives and pursuing them.
• Scheduling and conducting Project internal HSE audits on Contractors activities.

• Managing the implementation, maintenance and compliance of Health, Safety and Environmental policies in order to provide a safe and healthy workplace.

•Coordinates incident investigation process to identify causal factors, corrective and preventative actions, and to communicate lessons learned to appropriate parties.
•Develops a training program which includes regulatory required and best-management practice training program.
•Assists with determining workplace injury recordability and maintains necessary investigation documentation.
•Supports the site’s Process Safety Management and Risk Management Planning programs.
•Effectively communicates and interfaces with all levels of employees, Managers, and Directors as required.

• Prepare Project HSE Plan and ensure distribution of HSE procedures.

• Advise Management on preparation, promulgation and review of the CONTRACTOR & Project Safety Policy for Health, Safety and Environment, including the organization and arrangements for carrying out the Policy.
• Participate in risk assessments.
• Ensure that a system is organized in the event of an emergency for applying First Aid and that necessary emergency procedures have been established on the site

• Promote the implementation of the toolbox and job safety analysis process throughout the workforce.

Project : AL-FUTTAIM - CAIRO FESTIVAL CITY - ORIANA 1 & 2 Residential Community.
- Working with project management teams and designers and writing deliverables, policies and procedures, carrying out site inspections and audits, writing up project progress reports and engaging directly with clients on a project basis, as well as developing and implementing training programmes.
- Delivering the implementation of Construction Health and Safety standards to robust solutions to meet clients requirmentrs; health and safety objectives, aims and aspirations.

HSE MANAGEMENT
- Creating and implementing of the Health & Safety manual in liaison with all National and international Legislations.
- Advising the CEO, COO and all Managers on all safety, health and welfare matters to ensure the Company complies with its statutory obligations.

-- Team Leadership:

-- HSE Manual Management System Design: Designed the primary HSE manual management system for the company and monitored safety improvement plans for the organization
-- ISO: Abetted the QA/QC Manager for obtaining the ISO standards to ascertain topmost quality of all safety operations
