Project Management and Strategy Analysis (Banking and Financial Services) - Was involved through the integration planning process post acquisition at a Scandinavian Investment Bank. Provided support to the integrations process by introducing the following approach:
• Assessed the business strategy of the investment banking department through interactions with the COO, business manager and relationship bankers
• Identified the main KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
• Executed a management package used for the bank’s strategic decision-making (enhanced by expert Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills) and presented to leadership
• Delivered a new performance management system to measure the divisional performances, identify new opportunities, improve internal communication, cross selling and execute competitor analysis
• Was responsible for the monthly presentation to the bank's Global COO
• Developed a stronger relationship with the bank, which led to US$600k additional revenues
