DUTIES:
Leading a team of 3 engineers and 10 draughts men.
Design and review design of precast, GRC and GRP buildings and components as per ACI and PCI.
Preparing material specs complying with project specs and codes
Preparing shop drawings, and submittals.
Preparing shop drawings for production and for construction with all connection details.
Coordination with other trades (architectural, structural, electromechanical, interiors and external other finishes).
Technical support to production and construction stuff, and to CIP structure if needed.
Control the precast design to minimize cost and avoid problems of production, handling, transportation and erection.

•King Abdullah University for Science and Technology: Student and stuff accommodation (2000 Villas with wall frame system and hollow core slabs).
 King Abdullah Project For The Expansion of The Holy Mosque (Makkah) (Our Scope is 2 billion SR out of total 60 billion:artificial stone ceilings and elevations.
 Umm Al-Qura University (Makkah): Precast cladding and arcades. Academic buildings and administration. Main mosque cladding with full precast 60m high inaret.
 King Saud University For Health Sciences (Riyadh): Precast cladding façade, and pedestrian bridge''''
 Princess Nourah University (Riyadh): Precast cladding of student housing, stuff housing, sports and recreation center, academic colleges, kindergarten and ancillary buildings''''
 King Abulaziz Int’l Airport Development (Jeddah): Precast cladding of new passenger terminal, gatehouse buildings, security check buildings. Precast beams and hollow core slabs of transportation center and railway station. (about 300 million SR).
 Premco Office Building (our own): Full precast building (PC columns, beams, cladding and hollow core slabs and CIP foundation''''
 Group of Schools in Riyadh (Full precast buildings): Precast columns, beams, load bearing walls, cladding walls, hollow core slabs and double tee slabs).
 Malls: Red See Mall-Jeddah (Precast Cladding), Al-Garawi Gallery-Jeddah (Precast Cladding), Al-Otheim Mall-Riyadh (2 malls precast columns, beams, cladding and hollow core slabs).
 King Khalid University (Abha): precast cladding of academic buildings, administration buildings and multistory car park.

Supervising civil works made by contractor (Huta)

• Repair of births.
• Constructing quay crane rail base.
• Construction of warehouses.
• Interlock & R.C paving of terminal.

Head of the structural design team.
Responsible for the structural design of projects.
Supervised a team of structural design engineers throughout many projects.

Supervised construction projects of the company, Those projects included construction of schools and accommodation buildings.
Responsible of coordination between projects, management, suppliers and consultants.
Responsible for work plans and resources distribution to all projects.

Site engineer for construction projects of the company, Those projects included construction of schools and accommodation buildings (including pile foundations).
Responsible for all civil/structural warks.
Responsible for technical review and quantity surveying.
