 It will not be overstated if I said that after I joined the project team, and with the help of Allah, I could be able to lead the construction team at site, to the proper way after it was totally damaged and already our client de-scoped some of our scope. With proven performance by the certificate of recognition from PMC lead Construction Engineer, we became able to take back most of our scope by completing our work in a good quality and proper time, and all my team received KOC appreciation which I consider it the biggest successful, that with the same team I was able to change the destiny of the project and to come out from the bottle's neck of a difficult project for the company.
 Due our perfect performance in completing our scope of work, the Client has requested us to do more than our scope, by taking some of the Finishing and Backfilling works of Substations 704, 703, 701, 2101 & 1101, and I expect to receive the same request for all the remaining substations in the project, which will be as a compensation of company losses before I joined.

 Main Construction Idea was to raise the construction level to avoid the expected problems of rain water due to the low Level of the natural ground.
 Material of Steel Structure Buildings was supplied by KIRBY. Builder/Contractor was certified by KIRBY BUILDING SYSTEMS, pioneers and global leaders in the field of pre-engineered steel building systems (PEB).
 Infra-Structure Works: Electrical, Fire Alarm, Gas Supply, Firefighting, Drainage, Air Condition and Water Supply Systems were from the best systems in Kuwait and executed by expert contractors who is having long experience in Major Kuwait Buildings with proven performance and appreciated by company Managers.
 By Constructing Main Kitchen, Company was able to dispense with their need of providing meals by others. Thousands of Employers will be served by this Kitchen.
 Our Aim in this Camp was to build and achieve satisfaction and comfortable conditions to our employers.

 Saved the total cost of scaffolding erection by adding scaffolding bracket to the formwork system for concrete pouring purpose and fixing of embedded items.

 Performed Active role both in Site as well in working out BOQ and Estimation works.
 Coordinated with Dewatering Subcontractor for installation and maintenance of Dewatering System of the project specially at the location of bend areas 48” Yard Pipelines (4 Nos.) are crossing under 64” yard pipelines (8 Nos.) which was very difficult to achieve the required 95% of FD test results.
* Reducing the Cost of Shoring System by identifying the areas which can be collapsed and solving the shoring problem by using cheap and easy method instead of arranging specialize shoring subcontractor for all areas.
 Adding more benefit to the Project by finding out and calculate the variations and additional works in order to prepare the required documents for claiming the additional works, as the contract was by length of pipeline by ignoring the quantity of the excavation, backfilling, layers to be compacted, number of FD tests, etc., which reducing the benefit 50%, and the positive benefit at the end of Project has proved the efforts.

 Spread 3&4 : 58Km, from KOC Fence at 7th Ring Road to KADMA Junction
 Spread 6: 23Km, from Kadma Junction to Doha West Power Station.
 Work including all Civil activities: ROW, Centerline marking, Trench Excavation, Concrete Structure Works (Sectionalizing Valve Station, Corrosion Monitoring Pits and Anchor Blocks) bedding and padding Layer with sand, backfilling with approved Excavated soil, Berm Formation.
* Responsible of All Dewatering areas in Project including installation Dewatering system and installation of Marshy Blocks.

* Saved the cost of the Asphalt Subcontractor by executing the total asphalt works of the project by company manpower.
