General Automotive Service functions
* Service planning .
* KPI report and reception performance monitoring .
* Greeting customer, listen to their description of problems or
required service and prepare the service order .
* Help to diagnose the failure by gathering the information.
* Provide information for staff about latest developments,
technical specifications of new cars, garage merchandise, etc.
* Final service quality inspection .

* Share and assist in handling & Executing all above and below
the line service plans.
* Handle own service agenda, including prospects, meetings,
negotiations, and follow up.

* Response for incoming calls and workshop management.
* Create daily service reports.
* Communicate new product & service opportunities, special
developments, information or feedback gathered through
workshop activities.
* Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to
close sales.
* Work on the DMS (dealer management system Karridge,
autoline, …..)
* Explain the repair quotation to the customer in details.
* Offer alternatives if the customer can’t afford the repair cost.
* Vehicle in progress follow up.
* Create reports thru the DMS for workshop KPIs.
* Pre diagnosis of the breakdown.
* Parts, accessories and labor selling.
* Verifies warranty and service contract coverage by examining
records and papers; explaining provisions and exclusions.
* Develops estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor,
calculating customer's payment, including deductibles.
