•Pays vendors by monitoring discount opportunities; verifying federal id numbers; scheduling and preparing checks; resolving purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation; insuring credit is received for outstanding memos; issuing stop-payments or purchase order amendments.
•Pays employees by receiving and verifying expense reports and requests for advances; preparing checks.
•Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.
•Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.

•Forecasting levels of demand for services and products to meet the business needs
•conducting research to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules and quality to make a real difference in cost saving and profit
•negotiating and agreeing contracts and monitoring their progress, checking the quality of service provided
•processing payments and invoices
•keeping contract files and using them as reference for the future
•forecasting price trends and their impact on future activities

•Creating a new system to calculate the store's re-order level and economic required volume
•Implementing the new system for whole company's stores in ( Port Said, Port Fouad, Tafreaa )
