Translation of all Project documentation, such as: Terms of References, Contracts, Procurement Plans, Budgets, MS Office Power Point Presentations, Costs of Estimates, Monthly/Quarterly/Semiannual/Annual Project Implementation Progress Reports, Local/International Consultants’ Reports, Project Appraisal Documents, Project Operational Manual, Charters, User Manuals, as well as correspondence between the Bank and PIU. Interpretation during workshops, conferences, meetings, official meetings, field visits, World Bank Supervision Missions. Participated in carrying out of final social assessment of the Land Registration and Cadastre System for Sustainable Agriculture Project (LRCSP) (interpretation during conducting of focus groups, surveys, opinion polls, field trip visits, translation of questionnaire, handouts, leaflets etc. from Tajik into English/Russian and vice versa).
Perform both oral and written translation of all required meetings and documentation, office work, registration of incoming and outgoing letters, documentations and other correspondence. Draw up the Minutes of Tender Commissions Meetings and PMU internal meetings Minutes. I have also been supervising the activity of PMUs second translator/secretary. Also perform translation of all financial and procurement documentations. I also maintained supervision of HR department.
