Activities performed:
• Supervision and preparation of all relevant documents for the Golovnaya 240 MW Hydropower Plant Rehabilitation Project” ADB Grant 0376-TAJ;

Activities performed:
• Implement procurement transactions using the World Bank's procurement planning and tracking tool (STEP);
• Updating the procurement plan and obtaining World Bank approvals through the STEP system;
• Preparation of Requests for Expression of Interest (REI), contract award notifications and publication through STEP and / or in local media and websites.
• Preparing procurement documents, evaluation reports, contracts and information related to the procurement process;
• Together with technical and FM specialists monitor and manage the progress of the execution of signed contracts;
• Lead procurement records/files (both in hard copy and electronic form);
• Ensure that suspended firms or individuals (listed on the World Bank website: www.worldbank.org/debarr) do not bid or enter into contracts with such firms and individuals;
• Handling procurement-related complaints, including proper filing and accounting, World Bank notification and preparation of responses;

Activities performed:
• Review all bidding documents prepared by the design engineers for the procurement of goods and works accordance ADB's Procurement Policy (2017, as amended from time to time)
• Provide support in the process of selecting consultants and other service providers; review the TORs; prepare the consultant selection evaluation report;
• Review all bid documents for procurement of works and goods prepared by Consultants,
• Assist the project implementation group (PIG) and the tender evaluation committee in the tendering
• Coordinate the processes of non-objection by the ADB, during the procedures of evaluations of tenders and consultant's proposals

• Training oversight agencies (Chamber of Accounts, Prosecutors office and Internal Auditors) and others state organiza-tions to effectively supervise the public procurement and using of e-procurement system;

• Second Poverty Alleviation Project (P008860) (WB, co-financed DFID and Government of Tajikistan) which operated on the republic level. During the implementation of Project more than 300 micro projects were realized in education, health, water supply, power supply and road sector;
• Power Transmission Micro Project in Khatlon region;
• Community funds for promotion of basic education and rehabilitation of community infrastructure Project (Phase-1) financed by KFW;
