Fire Protection Project Engineer (GSS) under SAMSUNG C&T & FAST consortium of Riyadh metro project package 3 (Line 4, King Abdullah Financial District To Riyadh King Khalid International Airport )
Responsibility of Fire Suppression System (FM200, Foam & CO2 Total Flooding & CO2 Local application) and Involved Directly in Design, Construction, work Inspections, Testing Commissioning Activity & Room integrity Test .
Responsible to perform conceptual & Basic Design calculations and Classifications of Fire Hazards, Pipe sizing, Fire water Demand & Standard Installations. Fire protection Design, calculation and selection of equipment in accordance to the standards of NFPA 2001, NFPA 11, 16, & NFPA 12. Drawings Follow up From Design Joint venture till Consultant Final approval as per GDCA as per Project requirements.
Arranging Local and Foreign Materials as per Approved MAR & Coordinate with Suppler and Logistic team to Make sure the Delivery of Material as per work schedule.
Technical coordination with design & Site construction team for Location of FM200 Cylinder, Foam Tanks, Co2 Cylinder, FM 200 panel and Fire alarm Interfacing with Conventional Panel also Guide the Construction Team for Pipe and Conduits routing as per architecural requirements and Other MEP Services.
Preparing works schedules for Construction Team as per swap Permits and Priority Basis to execute the job within Time frame and Submitting Reports to Department of Design, construction, QA/QC & Project control Team Related work progress.
invoices follow up with Project control Team and Arranging required Documents.
In charge of mechanical fire fighting &HVAC.
1.sprinkler systems, Fire pumps, Gas suppression systems (FM 200&C02), Foam systems (Foam skid and foam bladder) as per NFPA
2.Duct, Air devices and Dx split units, packaged units as per SMACNA and ASHRAE standard.
