Working as Utilities Technician in Dairy and Juice Plant. The job involves operating and maintaining in Ammonia Industrial Refrigeration Plant equipped with reciprocating and rotary screw compressors (Sabroe, Stal Astra & Vilter Single screw compressor), Air compressors (Joseph Mehrer GmBh, Atlas Cop co) Boilers 5 & 11 tons (Loos International), Cooling towers and utility related equipments. Handling trouble shooting, execute daily, weekly, monthly & annual preventive maintenance, attend breakdowns and record corrective & preventive maintenance report, maintaining spare parts consumption inventory documentation and update all maintenance activities in record.
Worked as utilities technician in Dairy, Juice and Ice Cream Plant. The job involves operating and maintain Industrial Refrigeration and Air-conditioning Ammonia plant equipped with Ammonia compressors (Reciprocating and Rotary Screw) made by Frick & Dunham-Bush, Boilers (Volcano & Superior), Air compressors (Ingersoll-Rand), Reverse osmosis Water treatment plant (Metito), Brine freezers for stick ice machine, Water chiller, Ice builder, Hardening room (Ice cream storage) and chill rooms. During the service I gained my experience in overhauling of piston and screw type compressors, electric motors, pumps and all kinds of mechanical and electrical breakdowns related with utility equipments.
Worked as a technician in Refrigeration & air-conditioning department. During the service I obtained the experience in Industrial Refrigeration Systems. The job involves servicing and maintaining of Ammonia Refrigeration & Air-conditioning plants equipped with reciprocating and rotary screw compressors (Gram, Sabroe, Mycom and York), Air compressors, Water chiller, spiral freezers, Cold storages (100-3000 Tons), Flake ice machines, Tube ice machines. Blast freezers, Chill room, Refrigerated trucks (Thermo king), Electric motors, pumps, cooling towers and evaporative condensers and other electrical and mechanical equipments.

During the Service I Obtained the Experience in Operating, Servicing and Maintaining of High Capacity Industrial Refrigeration Ammonia Plant equipped with reciprocating and rotary screw compressors (Gram, Denmark) and Water chilling plant for central air-conditioning, Flooded type freezing units, Cold Storages, Flake ice machine, Brine freezers, Plate freezers, Blast freezers, Ice plants, Individual quick freezers, After hardening tunnels, Evaporative condensers and cooling towers, Etc.
as Trainee in Refrigeration Division. During the Service I Obtained Experience in Servicing and Maintaining of All Kinds of Domestic and Commercial Refrigeration Systems.
