The company
-Provide technical survey expertise to enable accurate activities, quantification of onsite lay outs.
-Coordinate with the Consultant for the Inspection & Approval.
-Calculates the cut & fill, Volume of Stockpiles using AutoCAD Civil 3d/ Eagle Point.`
- Setting out works- structure position, drains, center line and offset reference using the functions in Total
Stations
-Supervises and monitors all survey teams to consolidate survey works.
-Stake-out/ Setting out all the coordinates project boundary & property lines and design elevations.
-Coordinates with the Site Engineer & work as per priority of the project.
- Set out alignments and elevations for roads, swales, ditches and manholes.
-Coordinate with the consultants, immediate superiors, and co-technical engineers with regards to implementation,
Changes of plans or deviations unusual activities or non-conformances rectification work.
And make the Drawing from the Topo Survey and also the Contouring Drawing.
And prepare the as built the Drawing according the site position for consultant.
Find out the Quantity (Cut &Fill) of Earth works and also the Structure works.
And make the Invoice (Interim Payment Certificate) of works down.
- Assists with administration of on-going Contract, including monitoring Contractor progress and commission compliance with the Contract documents, Investigates problems and recommends corrective action.
- Preparation of correspondence and maintains records necessary to ensure the effective administration
0f all Contractual matters.
- Facilitates the preparation of Contract change and prepares the relevant variation orders.
- Ensures that all contractual procedures are implemented and maintained
- Preparation and maintenance of Engineer’s Instructions, Variation Orders and Claim Logs.
- Ensures all bonds, insurances, guarantees, etc. are in place and maintained and updated in accordance with the Contract and are in compliance with the Clients requirements.
- Preparation of Monthly Progress Reports.
- Reviewing contractors Interim & Final payments.
- Preparing Consultant Supervision Staff Interim payments.
- Recapitulation B.O.Q & As-Built Drawing Quantities take off.
- Assess cost Effects when changes occur and preparing NPC’S
- Evaluating and Certifying variations and change orders.
