Mainly Project Management, The specific duties are to be coordinated properly from Client to Sub Contractors. Define and clarify project scope
Develop the project plan
Develop the project schedule
Develop policies and procedures to support the achievement of the project objectives.
Determine the organizational structure of the project team. Identify roles and positions
Identify services to be provided by external companies
Coordinating activities across different organizational functions. Motivating team members
Assigning work.
Measuring: Checking project progress toward meeting its objectives
Evaluating: Determining the cause of deviations from the plan
Correcting: Taking corrective actions to address deviations.

Project status reporting
Determining and taking corrective action
o Assisting project manager to prepare Project Management Methodology
o Monitoring progress throughout the project period and comparing this with the projected schedule.
o Coordinating with site for project progress, periodical review of resources & arranging the materials.
o Generating / updating of weekly report including delay analysis, Activities report … etc.
o Preparation of Bill of Material (BOM) and Shop Drawing.
o Estimate Resources, Durations, Costs and Determine Budget by using MS-Excel and P6.
o Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
o Accurately track and report project task, activity, documentation, and time tracking.
o Design and Installation of Extra-low voltage (ELV) Systems.
Security Systems such as CCTV System and Access Control System.
Telecom System such as IP Intercom System
