Manage all aspects of the project budget, schedule, quality, and scope; identify and manage project risk through effective project management, communication, vendor management, and issue resolution.
Create and manage appropriate project charters, work plans, schedules, issues logs, and risk management plans; establish resource plans to assure adequate staffing for successful delivery of project goals.
Provide regular updates of project status to project stakeholders; work with business.
- Leading Oracle E-Business Suite and SAP Support Team
- Taking part in implementing SAP FICO and Ops modules.
- Managing Training programs for application users
- Verification of Master Data and auditing the system setup changes.
- Managing new implementations projects.
- Selling new enhancement ideas to the higher management.
- Providing tactical and strategic input under the direction of IT Management
Successfully completed implementation of Oracle Inventory, Purchasing, Warehouse Management System and Enterprise Asset Management in Oracle Applications 11i using AIM Methodology.
System upgrade to R12 version by doing pre-sales presentations and leading the upgrade project team. Providing support to Oracle Financials and Distribution modules.
