Responsibilities:
• Ongoing hardware support - troubleshoot hardware incidents reports for laptop
computers, printer, scanners and networking devices Routers, Switches and WIFI
Access Points.
• Ongoing software support- troubleshoot software incident, reported regarding operating systems, included Window's, office applications, configure and deploy computer and other devices for technical support to the end users.
• Checking incoming information (Calles, E Mails, E forms, database and resources) and ensure all incidents are registered.
• Provide the technical support - troubleshoot for all IT users to identify correct procedures and solutions in a timely manner.
• Updating the computer system software's and installation of Antivirus
• Providing Digital Protection to the systems.
Network issues responsible, software applications installation, system configuration (Routers & Switches)
