• Site arrangement concerning Safety rules and regulation as per the TRAKHEES requirements.

• Coordinate or assist Sub-contractors with their safety programs to meet the specific safety requirements.
• Evaluate the need for Safety equipment to employees, first aid, fire protection, hygiene and sanitation etc and ensure that all meet the minimum safety standards as per TRAKHEES requirements.
• Coordinate in safety promotional activities such as displaying of positive attitude safety posters, safety signs, banners and publication of Safety letters or literature.
• Deploying Fire watchers (Fire Crew), Banksmen in work site as of requirement.
• Conducted in-house training on H2S/BA (Hydrogen Sulphide/breathing apparatus), Firefighting, fall prevention, rigging safety, Safety system of work, defensive driving & PPE.
• Raising awareness of health and safety issues in Project site.
• Ensure the Company Safety Policy is maintaining on Site strictly.
• Issuing of work permits (PTW) according to the work in progress (if required).

• Coordinate in Safety audits, accident and incident investigations and reporting and maintain file for Safety statistics of the Project.
• Preparation of Project

Continue to develop implement and maintain the company’s safety programme, as specified in the company’s safety manual.
• Monitoring and implementation of Client’s Safety Rules and Regulations when applicable.
• Perform routine safety Audit against the requirement of the company safety manual.
• Preparation and implementation of Contract specific Safety Plan.
• Routine inspections of the company premises for possible unsafe conditions and practices including the hazardous with the inspection of the adequacy of the company Fire protection and Fire Fighting equipments.
• Inspection of Construction sites where the company is involved in Fabrication or erection activities for possible unsafe conditions and practices.
• Participate in Safety and Fire prevention inspections of the company’s activities with external and Government Agencies.
• Maintaining record of all applicable current test certificates related to the company’s cranes, lifting equipment scaffolding and others.
• Elevate and recommend the type of protective equipments to be used by the company’s personnel and coordinate with Warehouse regarding the stock levels of protective equipment to be maintained.
• Ensure the Company Safety Policy is maintaining on Site strictly.
• Issuing of work permits according to the work in progress (if required).
• Make sure all safety measurement before work in confined space or trench area.
• The Supervision of housekeeping on site, on daily basis to make sure that the site is neat and tidy.

• Close coordination with the two Consultant Safety team M/s. Halcrow International and M/s. TAISEI Corporation.
• Make sure all the safety measurements and check NOC’s before any excavation near to the Government existing facilities ie. ESTISALAT GMS mast, telephone cables, ADSSC existing Pipes lines, ADDC existing underground cables, defense fiber optic, PGD irrigation lines etc.

Application of company and Client’s

Implementation of Health Safety and environment HSE procedure as per the site requirements.
• Closely monitors scaffold erecting/dismantling, work permit required, crane work, lifting operations, hot work equipment energization and similar hazardous activities and ensure that all relevant requirements are compiled with.
• Recognize potential obstacles and to resolve them on time.
• Close monitoring of the implementation of Traffic Management plan on site as per the site requirements.
• Work precisely (exactly) according to procedures, rules and regulations.
• Develop and execute awareness training programs for the site personnel.
• Continue to develop implement and maintain the company’s safety programme, as a specified in the company’s safety manual.
• Carries out daily site surveys to ensure only safe working method are in operation, adequate fire and fall protection are in place; approval tools are provided and properly worn.
• Giving induction of new arrivals at site and carrying tools box talk and safety training.
• Reporting to the Company Safety Manager (CSM) following inspection and advising of the status of compliance.
• Attend safety meeting with the Client and Other Sub-contractors.
• Maintain a record of all reported near miss accidents.
• Investigate and analyze all accidents and make recommendation on measures to be taken to prevent a recurrence of the event.
• Conduct safety induction course for all new employees.

Taking care of the Safety measure for entire Flour Mills machinery and check there defects if any.
• Supervising the housekeeping to make sure that the Mills is neat and clean as per the Government Food Safety Authority of Islamabad.
• Monitoring the Vehicles Speed inside the Mills areas and violator were warned very strictly.
• Prepare minutes of Meetings (MOM).
• Responsible for entire safety inside the Mills.
