• Troubleshooting and repair mechanical and electrical problems by following proper diagnostic
procedure within a certain time.

• Assemble and disassemble (pumps, valves and related accessories).
• Perfect site management for junior engineers Forman’s and labours.
• Ability to read and design Plumping systems (drainage and fresh water).
• Ability to read, maintain HVAC systems and how it runs with the main parts.
• Dealing with all pipe kinds (UPVC, PVC, HDPE, PPE, PB, B.S, D.I and PE) .
• Have a good mentality with customer care, according to the hard effort in the MBMC(dealer company).
• Ability to arrange required services and coordinate with respective team in the site.
• Computer programs: excellent in using Microsoft Office, Matlab
• Design programs: excellent using of Autocad software (2D, 3D). In addition to solid works design
program(the taste of life comes from solid works design).
• Having CSWA, CSWP certification, in solid works design software.
