Control & Manage all Design & Pre Press Functions- Planning & scheduling the jobs as per customer priorities by monitoring Daily Production Planning meetings to achieve the production targets within the stipulated time & budget.
As team work co-ordinate with all dept heads regarding job planning & scheduling to meet client requirements
Establish & maintain cordial relationship with our clients/advertising agencies/suppliers.
Managing the status, workflow and timelines of production & Daily Co-ordination of workflow between sales/ copy/design/layout and Production.
Dept. by conducting telephonic and personal interviews prior to new recruitment, Managing warehouse distribution & Inventory control. CTP-ctf workflow, image manipulations, colour correction, touching, managing work flow, supervising shift plans, work force, managing registers/reports.quality control aspects, identifying right worker for right job, participate in production planning meetings, minimise wastage at optimal line losses, customer intercations for easy job approvals. coordiante with press & Sales team . Be an effecient team leader.
