Supervisory and consulting position, part of a project team where I supported the business transition and migration of Qatar Aviation Services (QAS) from New Doha International Airport to Hamad International Airport, ensuring operational readiness for the start of operations.
Supported and trained Qatar Aviation Services staff in adopting and using the handheld terminal (HHT) and the Cargo Warehouse Information System (CWIS).
Prioritized and resolved issues in operational areas - and escalated to senior management if required.
Acted as a point of contact for any system issues and interfaced with Control Room and Maintenance team for actions.
Analyzed any issues or problems that are reported and provided solutions to avoid repeat process failures.
Prepared daily operational report for higher management
