 Supervisory and consulting position, part of a project team where I supported the business transition and migration of Qatar Aviation Services (QAS) from New Doha International Airport to Hamad International Airport, ensuring operational readiness for the start of operations.
 Supported and trained Qatar Aviation Services staff in adopting and using the handheld terminal (HHT) and the Cargo Warehouse Information System (CWIS).
 Prioritized and resolved issues in operational areas - and escalated to senior management if required.
 Acted as a point of contact for any system issues and interfaced with Control Room and Maintenance team for actions.
 Analyzed any issues or problems that are reported and provided solutions to avoid repeat process failures.
 Prepared daily operational report for higher management
