the complex IT projects and SAP ERP projects within the IT team for Fabtech Group Companies with regard to IT
technology, IT infrastructures and the enablement of major business processes through enhancements to IT.

scratch as the Group companies are in the start-up stage Responsible for setting up IT PMO for migration of existing
Data Centre to Cloud & New Data Centres for various branches & group companies. Supported close to 200 users by

► Deployed end to end bespoke IT Solution for entire Fabtech Group business, integrating SAP Bl ERP.
► Design, develop implement and lead complete IT Infrastructure & ERP implementations from conception and
initiation, planning, execution, performance/monitoring, and project closure
► Responsible for conducting IT Audit of Fabtech Group using third partyVAPT analysis
► Defined and Implemented Application development processes based on ITIL Standards
► Proactively communicate project status, issues & risks to management\{Founder & Chairman and CEO\}
► Actively involved in understanding the Business Process flow of the company and map the same into SAP Business One
software tool.
► Activities include setting up the Master Data \{Items, Business Partners, Price Lists, and Project Master Data\} to suit
client's requirements.

flow of transactions
► Provide Immediate Support to solve day to day ERP issues of END USERS, conduct educational awareness training on

Being new establishment, was responsible for setting up entire IT Infrastructure & SAP B1 ERP(PAN INDIA) from
scratch by developing POC, design, develop, Implementation & support. Successfully implemented in house
developed customized Android Mobile App for sales transactions integrating with ERP across 100 + branches

Provide Immediate technical assistance & support to end users on their day today IT & ERP issues
Scrutinize all vulnerability by conducting an IT audit with VAPT by third party vendor
Updates continuously with the latest version of SAP Business One, trains the IT team & internal stakeholders about
the recent developments and upgrades in the customized software.
Arranges project requirements in programming sequence by analysing requirements; preparing a work flow chart
and diagram using knowledge of computer capabilities, subject matter, programming language, and logic
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional
publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
Responsible for Business Blue Print, planning, scoping, estimating, tracking & ensuring implementation of project
plans (as per best practice guidelines)
Managing AS-IS documentation, System Study, Go Live, sign off and preparing preliminary scope statement
Holding review meetings to monitor progress of the projects as per schedule and Ensuring timely completion &
delivery to the clients
Accountable for addressing all important issues & defining best practices for project support and documentation
Serving as single point of contact / interface for supporting client, meeting deadlines & expectations without
compromising on quality norms
Communication with the client for requirement gathering and gap analysis.
Study of existing Business Process and new process mapping.
