Description
Mobily is the second largest service provider in Saudi Arabia, and they are into telephony, mobile services, and all telecom products servicing for both corporate and consumers' customers. Being in the business of retail consumer driven industry technology role becomes inevitable to have more number of BAU projects which helps to sustain the position in the telecom market to meet out the financial targets, and it does have a strong IT Department, and focuses on the constant support and upgrade of the systems in lines with the Market needs. SIEBEL CRM is the Enterprise wide application for managing their service offering to the customers, along with other operational and network systems. In order to maximize the customer experience, mobily brings in lot of products with vast and effective implementations, which results in higher customer satisfaction. BAU projects include introducing the new product and changes in the existing products (CR), change in order management flow across all GSM and hosted/managed products are tested and delivered. Activation, provisioning, post sales process like change in product attributes, Suspend, Resume, Termination, Penalty, Credit Control, Loyalty points and redemption, real time and bill time rating, complaint management and other platform dependent products.

Responsibilities
• Attending design and development kick off meetings.
• Understanding the requirements from FRS and raising clarifications if any.
• Drafting testing scope and getting the signoff from the Business.
• Providing test estimates.
• Preparing test case and reviewing other test cases from the team.
• Preparation and review of high level test scenarios and test conditions.
• Managing the testing team on Test design, and Test execution.
• Driving System Integration Tests between QA and Development team.
• Verifying & validating the business requirements end to end.
• Liaising with Business, Support and testing team on UAT & Implementation.
• Providing UAT support to the business users.
• Providing Functional support for production issues.
• Provided training on the BSS applications to the business users.
• Driving Daily Defect call and coordinating with support team to get the business UAT & Implementation issues addressed and get it resolved.
• Timely escalation on the management attention items with respect to project execution.
• Status reports preparation and publishing the same as a Dashboard to all stakeholders in IT.
• Conducting business simulation for GSM and NON GSM products with the involved stakeholders
• Business simulation reports to the product owners to showcase the pain areas and to improve customer experience
• Supporting product / service launches along with business marketing and business demand
• Extending business simulation for the existing products/services as a health check to ensure the customer needs.

TNSWAN links all the Government departments to provide Voice, Data and Video connectivity for improving the delivery of services to the citizens and for improving the response-time and transparency with strict Service Level Agreement. ELCOT is the implementing agency of the project

Responsibilities:
• Attending Client calls and monitoring the status of entire region.
• Trouble shooting V.35 and G 703 MODEMS with Leased line connectivity.
• To maintain the link Uptime with Service Level Agreement.
• Maintaining weekly reports of POPs with their Up/Down time
• Monitoring the status of Cisco Routers 7200 VXR series and Cisco Switches 3800 series.
• Also using HP Open View to find out the status of POPs.
• Windows XP Administration-Creating Group Policy, UAC, Registry services, etc.
• MS Server 2003 Administration-Configuring DHCP and ADS, etc
