• Leading the projects related to instrumentation, Installation, Testing, Commissioning & Maintenance towards the success in terms of time & quality norms.
• Steering the construction operations with the team of skilled Engineers/Supervisors and ensuring their continuous development through training thereby achieving operations efficiencies
• Planning & implementing the preventive, predictive & systematic schedules for improving the overall reliability and safety of plant, personnel and Construction processes
• Tracking daily breakdowns and implementing preventive maintenance programs to improve the progress of construction activities.
• Identifying scope for modifications in inspection, process flow, working practices, consumables, etc. for controlling & reducing conversion cost per unit produced
• Executing preventive measures & modifications to optimize work and ensuring completion within time & resources
• Handling installation, testing & commissioning of Fire Alarm Systems as per International code and standards with good understanding of fiber optic cable, patch panels & Networking
• Involving in project planning, scheduling and Monthly Progress Reports; ensuring cost & time norms for the projects
• Monitoring the Client deliverables and ensuring the adherence to all applicable engineering codes and standards as well as the Client’s policies and procedures
• Attending design reviews and assisting project manager/design manager in resolution of engineering issues in order to improve the reliability of the systems
• Analyzing & verifying shop drawings & as-built drawings and reviewing vendor proposals
• Planning & conducting in Factory Acceptance Test and Site Acceptance test
• Working in coordination with various discipline engineers to advise them on resolutions of problem areas
• Interfacing with clients, suppliers, contractors/Consultants and relevant authorities
• Managing compliance with the local health & safety regulations and quality standards of the country
• Evaluating technical specification of the different projects running in the organization

Listing out Defects and Punch Points
Manpower Management
Ability to deal with people diplomatically
Drawing to be reviewed & report PM
Assist site supervisor to check site status & EB approval for DB
