• Installation, Commissioning and Integration of the SDH, DLC & MEN equipment and acceptance testing of OFC Network.
• Installation and Troubleshooting of Lease line, PRI, ISDN BRI, LL, & L3VPN, Data Circuit, EDP, Cisco, FTTP, FTTH, FTTV, FTTN, ONT, FTTB, MPLS Links, etc.
• Operation and Maintenance of SDH, DLC (V5 Signalling) & L2 Switch, MEN Equipment. Handle Escalated faults related to network and be a focal point to all related service queries.
• Provide support in a 24X7 technical assistance environment for hardware, software applications
• To ensure customers tickets are closed within the committed SLA. Manage the team of field engineers to resolve the critical, major and minor issues as per committed SLA of customer.
• Troubleshooting and fault resolution on network equipment like UTStar, Nortel, Huawei, Cisco etc.
• Track RMA related activities for Faulty materials / spares.
• Preventive maintenance of the systems and implementation and monitoring of software upgrade activities in the network.

Job Profile:
• Verifying site layouts for the project and Site acquisition. Ensuring effective site management and discipline to ensure safe execution of the project. Supervising and coordinating all site erection activities, certification and acceptance testing
• Site and infrastructure planning and survey for RSU, DLC, SDCA etc.
