• Overseeing phases of project execution; approve engineering/design changes, troubleshoot and resolved complex technical problems, consistently meeting project deadlines and highest possible quality standards.
• Conducting Gap analysis to develop plans to work out a cost effective solution and chart budgetary parameters and internal controls for regulated work performance.
• Ensuring structured project design and workout schedule of requirements/ technical specifications in consultation with collaborators / promoters.
• Regularly interacting with Client, Architect, Structural Consultant, Designer, Sub-Contractors, Government Institutions and monitoring of daily site progress and troubleshooting while ensuring profitability and project deliverables
• Initiating procurement of quality materials from qualified vendors with delineated supply schedules & arranging systematic storage on site.
• Participating in tender documents with details on scope of project and short list subcontractors for award of contract to execute works within specified project schedule.
• Coordinating with consultants, contractors and clients, ensure that all parties clearly and comprehend the project/contract scope and contractual obligations with uniform interpretations.
• Apply innovative cost reduction techniques for work accomplishment without compromising on quality
• Monitoring work progress and resolve site problems rendering technical & managerial inputs also, Clearing ambiguities /bottlenecks in coordination with engineers, subcontractors for smooth performance.
• Instrumental for the completion of the Construction of Civil works, reviewing the operational practices, identify the areas of obstruction / quality failures and advise on system and process changes for qualitative improvement in productivity.
• Arranging final hand over of the projects with complete documentation formalities and periodically preparing structured MIS reports for submission to top management.
