• Planning, Scheduling and Executing the Post tensioning works in cast in situ and precast segmental works for the bridges & buildings. \n• Planning, scheduling and executing the segmental production at casting yard. \n• Planning, scheduling, controlling and executing the erection of segmental concrete structure and Temporary PT works for the bridges. \n• Calculating and arranging the man, machineries and materials for the all kind of post tensioning, Erection and Temp PT works. \n• Ensure the projects are run efficiently and cost effectively and to the satisfaction of the client. \n• Prepare weekly and monthly budgets and cost reports for client projects for submission to the General Mgr. \n• Liaise with clients to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained for the project life. \n• Report any incidents and /or injuries and forward details to the General Manager for review. \n• Co-ordinate with contractor and consultants for smooth Running of Projects. \n• Planning & controlling of manpower & materials for site operations. \n• Responsible for timely invoicing and collection of payment from customers. \n• Coordinate with main contractor and designer to solve the design and drawing issues. \n• Arrangements and executing the testing of Post tensioning Materials such as strand and duct. \n• Overall responsible for Segmental Erection, Post tensioning, Quality and safety of works. \n• Coordinating with Marketing, Executing, Store, Accounts & Design Departments Regarding Contractual, Technical & Execution Issues. \n• Prepare Daily & weekly reports of site progress works and forward the same details to the higher level management persons. \n \n \n• Planning and Executing the Post tensioning, Erection of segments and Temp PT works. \n• Mobilization and Demobilization of Post tensioning materials and equipment’s. \n• Planning & controlling of manpower & materials for site operations. \n• Prepare Site Project files for site engineers to perform all required QA / H&S documentation as per the documented procedures. \n• Conduct pre-pour inspections of client works. \n• Prepare material request from ERP software. \n• Preparation of Monthly payment Applications. \n• Preparation of Stressing reports, daily reports, time sheets and all site documents. \n• Arrange the labor requirements from the main contractor to execute the Post tensioning works. \n• Ensure safety standards are continually reported and maintained on sites. \n• Work with the Operations/Project Manager to ensure client jobs run to project budget figures. \n• Ensure that all site based QA documents are being completed and QA standards are maintained. \n• Liaise with the Operations/Project Manager regarding requirements for servicing upcoming projects. \n• Ensure all staff is properly trained for their activities and ensure tool box talks are carried out sufficiently. \n• Preparing and submitting all Post tensioning related ISO documents to the Contractor.
