Oversee and manage the entire lifecycle of retail design projects, from conception to completion.
• Work closely with clients, design teams, maintenance team and contractors to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
• Oversee the development and expansion of Caribou Coffee and Five Guys brand in Kuwait.
• Assemble and lead project teams, including designers, architects, contractors, and vendors, delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members, and ensure that everyone understands their roles.
• Create and manage project budgets, track expenses and cost estimates, identify cost-effective solutions and manage project finances to meet budget constraints.
• Review and approve design concepts and plans, ensuring they align with project objectives and client expectations; facilitate design development and revisions as needed.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing concerns.
• Obtain client feedback and ensure their satisfaction with the project.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders and project reports; prepare and present project status reports to clients and stakeholders.
Lead the concept development team, adding fresh concepts to our projects and portfolio.
Creates and designs visual concept to animate in a consistent customer path, launches and catalogue.
Work together with multidisciplinary teams from all throughout Alghanim as well as outside design studios, architectural firms, fixture suppliers, and general contractors.
In charge of all store openings and renovations, working with shop design.

Create complete Design technical drawing sets for both new construction and renovation projects.

Work together with the buying team to develop coordinated looks and trends throughout the process, sharing them to help customers create powerful cross-category looks and lifestyles.

¥ Designing & developing within multi-brand Retail (X-Cite, Safat Home), F&B (Costa Coffee, Wendy’s, Slim Chickens), Office and Automotive concepts (Chevrolet, Cadillac, Honda, Ford, Lincoln, Lotus).

¥ Worked extensively on F&B projects and introduced COSTA COFFEE’s into KSA Qatar as well as revamping the brand in KSA.

•Review and detail shop drawings for construction plans.
•Considering materials and costs according to set budgets and negotiating project fees.
•Producing 'sample' or 'mood' boards for presentation to clients.
•Preparing detailed working drawings, designs, plans, models and for approval.
Check all the Aluminum work for the entire project(curtain walls -composite panels - windows - doors…………..), understanding of range of technologies and engineering drawings,
Analysis and Organizing the date from the contract drawing and Compare it with estimation department
Preparing the design & the drawing and the time schedule for the project
Attending all the meetings with the contractor and the consultant, Coordinate with all parties to solve or discuss any problem, Reporting - writing or presenting regular progress reports for project managers and clients
Modifying the designs according to the contractor and the consultant requirements
Prepare the required quantities from the product for the entire project, keep in touch with the factory to solve any problem
Prepare the product to the final stage before the manufacturing and the installing in the field

Follow-up of the new information of Aluminum world and the latest technology used
Successfully conducted research leading to a master’s degree thesis. Thesis title: Improving productivity of a working place by applying ergonomic principles and layout. The main aim of the thesis was to explore the relationship between ergonomic layout and productivity and to identify a solution for low performance and productivity in the work place. The study provides the employers with tools and techniques to boost the employee productivity, such as recommended measurements for maximum comfort and functionality in the work space and the tools for organizing the department’s structure and positioning. In addition, the study intends to educate both designers and architects who seek to address their client’s needs for designs and productivity enhancing through ergonomics.
