(i) Working as a site manager for substation buildings (For DEWA & Transco), power cable laying works, PV solar installation works with execution of associated car parking foundation/ structure installation works & cable trench works. Accountable from execution to obtaining completion certificate from local authorities such as DM, DDA, DCD, Dubai South & Trakhees (JAFZA).
(ii) Worked as approved engineer civil & completed following132kV Dewa cable projects.
(a) Al Ain road to Sundos circuit,
(b) Al Qudra rd. to Yalayis circuit
(c) Jafza -Fundland circuit.
(iii) Worked as approved engineer civil & completed following 132/11 kV Dewa substation buildings.
(a) 132/11kV Opeards SS for EMAAR
(b) 132/11kV Laborcty SS for MERAAS
(c) 132/11kV DWTC SS for World Trade Centre
Accountable all Setting targets, objectives and responsibilities for all supervised staff, regularly reviewing timings, budget, labour, risk and project plans to ensure work stays on track, Setting and agreeing budgets, Conducting site visits to inspect work, check materials and ensure staff are following health and safety guidelines. Project cost of each 5.99 Million USD each buildings.
Worked as a Construction manager for 66/11 kV Substation building for KAHRAMAA - Qatar general electricity & water authority project at ISF duhail (Internal Security Force). Accountable for execution of all structural & finishing works and quotation finalization, rate comparison, materials submission and approval, proper resource arrangements at time for uninterrupted works at site, monitoring the progress at site with reference of base line schedule & preparing micro schedule for site progress, coordination with designers, consultants, clients & MEP team for uninterrupted work at site. Project cost of each 3.25 Million USD
(i) Worked as a Senior Site Engineer for following substation projects.
(a) 132/33/11 kV Kalba Substation building for TRANSCO - Abu Dhabi Transmission Company. Total civil cost - 5.71 million USD
(b) 132/11 kV substation for New Riffah substation & Masafi for FEWA - Federal Electricity & Water Authority. Total civil cost - 4.91 million USD.
Executed entire civil activities in buildings including structural as well finishing works & external infrastructure works such as precast boundary wall, drainage works, asphalt road works, kerb stones, inter lock tiles, cable trenches, duct banks & other associated works.
(ii) Accountable to complete snag point clearance for 2 DEWA 132kV substations JHRC Al barsha & DIP. Completed all snags & obtained building completion certificate from DM as well civil defence certificate.
(iii) Worked as a senior civil engineer for Villa projects for L&T - Eastern JV, Dubai. Constructed (G+1) Villas of 11 types, spread over 4 villages, for Victory Heights Golf Residential & Development Co. LLC in Dubai sports City. Total no of Villas 292. Total estimation of the project 151 million USD. Total built up area 119, 846 SQM. I was accountable for all the civil finishing works (plastering, painting & tiling works for 75 villas. Played a major role for handing over of Carmen villages - 84 villas by doing required co-ordination of MEP works. Also accountable for the execution of all the activities from Foundation till the completion up to block work for 15 Villas (C2 type) at Village Calida.
