- To achieve the sales target and lead a team of 7 Sales Executives of
various nationalities
- To train and guide them to achieve their KPI.
Accomplishments
- Improved client base by adding 6 MNCs within a short span of 5 months
and ensured repeat sale (Nikon/ DHL/ DSV/ IFFCO/ Emirates logistics/
Fischer)
- Leveraging of my Linkedin old and new contacts for a wider reach to
ensure brand awareness, propaganda and new business.
- Have ensured smooth commencing of Jebel Ali Free zone office and plant,
- Heading the Triple ‘S’ (Sales, Service & Spares) channel for Brand Store
Chennai dealers
- Actively involved in supply chain management including demand
forecasting, supply planning, Depot management, logistics and dealer credit
management
- Assist and liaise with finance institutions for financing loans to customers
Accomplishments
- Key Person to build the State of Art “Royal Enfield Brand store” in Chennai, a
first of its kind by any two wheeler OEMs in India
- Introduced a new concept of "Experiential Ride" and achieved 80%
conversion through which the prospects were given a "hands on" feeling of
the bike influencing their decision to buy
- Increased the sales by 30% in Chennai city, India by forming a Followers club
with many interesting rides and rallies and by participating in social activities
- Been instrumental in attaining institution sales of Police & Army orders
across India by participating and winning successful rate contracts and
tenders
- Core team member in SAP implementation and got awarded by the
management
