Reviewing Contractor's inspection and testing requests, as well as their Drawings, monitor progress of site and approving Contractor's proposed materials / methods.
Coordinate with Contractor's supervisory personnel regarding schedule, sequence, and method of work. Organize site training for continuous improvement for ongoing activities with construction staffs.
Perform continuous field inspections of the work in progress and consulting with both the Engineer's and Contractor's supervisory staff.
Conducting quality audits and ensures compliance with PARSONS quality manuals and with standard processes, quality policies, and guidelines. Ensure NCRs are issued if the works are completed by deviating the Specification requirements, then further follow-up for closure. Issues SOR in case of potential non-conformity or in case of any negative findings at site activities that requires improvement.

Proposed, formed, and executed construction projects involving infrastructure Earthworks, and asphalt pavement work according to approved IFC, shop drawings, as built and RMD and specifications.
Liaised between independent consultants and contractors to ensure smooth project execution. Monitored daily work progress against scheduled programmed to ensure adherence to quality assurance programs during various phases of project execution.
Planned and deployed construction methodologies for different works and for temporary works, with particular attention given to embankment and pavement related areas.
Controlled and streamlined the process of laying pavement, maintaining existing stretches during construction, and measuring pavement roughness to ensure quality.
Managed pre-construction activities including, land acquisition and utility shifting and identifying and finalizing sources of materials.
Supervised road construction activities such as earthwork, granular subbase, wet mix macadam, dense bituminous macadam, CRMB, and RAP asphalt course.
Conducted site inspections for all asphalt laying works, subbase works, subgrade and embankment works, and landscape works such as tree excavation and evacuation, granite works, paving interlocks, and pedestrian walkway works with supervision consultant and ensure that all activities following quality plans and specifications.
Performed IRI & evenness testing for road surface irregularities and prepare test reports for submission of approval.
Supervised and directed the construction of sanitary main lines, portable water, TSE, foul sewer lines, drainage networks, Concrete Sub and Superstructure Pre and Post construction stage inspection & water proofing membrane and Geotextiles, massive Wall and Base slabs.
Controlled and monitored the execution of all civil related works of the project and ensure compliance with approved construction drawings, contract documents, specifications, and applicable standards (QCS, ASTM, and AASHTO).
