Documentation & Engineering:
• Preparation of Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), Method of Statements, and O&M Manuals for KOC security projects
• Modification of ELV engineering drawings using AutoCAD based on KOC-approved reference designs and site conditions
• Official submission of documents, datasheets, and drawings to KOC for approval and clearance of client comments
• Preparation of Inspection Notifications (IN), Inspection Release Notes, and red-line mark-up drawings

Site & Commissioning:
• Installation, commissioning, and testing of CCTV, PIDS, ACS, and VoIP systems as per KOC standards
• Fiber optic OTDR testing and CAT6/CAT6A UTP cable testing
• Commissioning of IP cameras — PTZ, image clarity, and auxiliary functions
• Installation of ACS devices: card readers, door contacts, EML locks, controllers
• IP address assignment and configuration of security devices on site

Operated and maintained integrated security systems for Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) facilities as part of Samsung SDS maintenance team.

• Daily monitoring of CCTV, PIDS, and ACS systems across all KOC sites for health, faults, and false alarms
• Planned Preventive Maintenance (PM) for all security devices with internal punch list documentation
• Periodic testing of road blockers, raising arms, and sliding gates with system integration
• Emergency on-call corrective maintenance team member
• Troubleshooting of CCTV and PIDS system faults
• Retrofit works support as per KOC requirements

Key Responsibilities:
• Worked as Service Engineer for Medic India - channel partner for BPL Healthcare products — covering installation, commissioning, servicing, and client demonstration
• Carried out full installation and configuration of medical equipment including patient monitoring systems and networked healthcare devices
• Performed cable termination, testing, and network configuration of medical devices and central monitoring systems
• Conducted planned preventive maintenance and corrective servicing of installed Healthcare equipment across client sites
• Submitted detailed daily activity and weekly progress reports to management, maintaining strong client communication and satisfaction
• Managed client relationships during service visits, ensuring compliance with product standards and client expectations
