Handling Retail & Export Customers from (AFRICA, FARE EAST, IRAN, IRAQ, GULF REGION, CIS, SOUTH AMERICA & EUROPE) Forecasting weekly, monthly & annual sales targets & driving sales initiatives to achieve the same
Standardizing policies for maintaining quality, service & cleanliness standards in the showroom
Scheduling meetings with staff and senior management to ensure financial performance is in a defined direction with a clear focus on sales and profit improvement
Presenting vehicle purchase & consignment opportunities for approval and designing successful sales strategies for vehicles using customer & market feedback
Reviewing financial statements & key data sources to determine operations performance against budgets, preparing annual budgets for the Sales Department by closely tracking the expenses of the department
Nurturing relationships internally with other departments within the company & externally with vendors, business associates, and dealers for operational excellence
