• Manage projects through all stages of product development from initial conception to final release.
• Creating part drawings and assembly drawings with BOM.
• Good knowledge in drafting and GD&T.

• Maintains Design History Files (DHF) for various projects .DHF includes product design specification, engineering drawings, product and process validations and packaging.
• Developed and also validated new process in manufacturing for laser welding and injection molding.
• Providing technical supports to the clients on their queries.
• Responsible for ISO System follow up and Documentation management inside the company.
• Supports the production department regarding the drawing and quality plan.
• Responsible for QM check sheet, Kaizen and Poka-Yoke for continuous improvement.
• An effective member in Quality Maintenance Pillar inside the company.
• Inspect and maintain document as per IS2500-Part1.
• Analysis of corrective & Preventive action for In-house quality complains through 7QC Tools.
• Training the members regarding Quality principle and activities.
