• Deploy new BTS/ NodeB / eNodeB/ Small Cells / Single DAS site into network in IP transmission using Huawei CME & EMS (M2000 & U2000)
• Perform Relocation of site, co-Build new technology in existing site, Sectorization and implement MSR/Non-MSR scenario solutions (GU, UL, GUL)
• Perform Band addition in GSM (900/1800), UMTS (900/2100) & LTE(800/1800) technology
• Re-home / Re-Parent base station within & Between GSM and UMTS RAN subsystems
• Implement bulk parameter (LAC/RAC Change) modification of RAN Nodes in 2G/3G/LTE
• Perform network inconsistency checks of cell/site basic parameters, Handover, ALD devices Configuration
• Retune frequencies in GSM technology as per RF team requirement
• Execute specific Parameter changes in for special events area
• Upgrade software/patch of RAN nodes to latest release by equipment Vendor
• Migration of Abis (TDM) & Iub (ATM, ATM & IP) interface transmission to IP
• Implement new features in GSM/WCDMA/LTE networks (Ex: Multi site cell feature & Carrier Aggregation in LTE)
• Analyze KPI of network using Huawei PRS tool
• Independently handle & troubleshoot issues (Call failure, Interference and RTWP)
• Customize template and summary file feature of CME to latest software release for activities carried out in Daily basis or planned work.
• Support new team member by providing technical assistance in configuration & Troubleshooting during integration of RAN nodes in GSM/UMTS/LTE networks
• Update after care integration audit details in database

• Co-ordination of new Network Integrations, and liaison between Managed Service Providers for Europe's leading LTE Network
• Manage a live virtual call/meeting each day, to drive the delivery of LTE Activations
• Support the project team to deliver the Activation of new LTE (4G) cell site
• Negotiate & align required data of GSM & LTE networks sites to be swapped from different vendors (Ericsson/NSN)
• 2G Refresh experience MBNL toolset knowledge - IPCM, ADC Build, NetAct
• In liaise with field engineer integrate BTS/eNodeB in live network
• Assist field engineer in troubleshooting the alarms
• Perform eNodeB & BTS health check after swap complete
• Send daily swap sites report
• Archive BTS & eNodeB swap document(VSWR remote test results, executed commands etc)
• Cooperate with Huawei / I&C partner / FLM partners / Field engineers to solve abnormal alarms after integration
• Provide technical troubleshooting before cluster acceptance
• Raise Trouble ticket for alarms and modification in configuration of BTS

• Implement parameter modification on live sites based on work order
• Perform Abis & IuB interface transmission modification from (TDM, ATM, ATM& IP) to Full IP
• Upgrade software to latest version released for BTS, NodeB, BSC & RNC
• Perform re-parenting configured sites within and between RNC’s & BSC’s
• Retune frequencies in GSM technology as per RF optimization design
• Perform License Activation & Distribution for 3G sites
• Execute network configuration parameter audit
• Independently troubleshoot complex radio networks and solve critical incidents
• Supervise hardware installation and equip subcontractor required knowledge
• Follow network safety procedures in implementing changes on live network

• Perform integration and commissioning of RNC & NodeB
• Design and Coordinate with core team for IuCS, IuPS, A interface connectivity
• Responsible for NodeB integration, IUPS and IUCS data configuration
• Perform acceptance test for RNC & NodeB
• Perform software upgradation & patch loading for RNC & NodeB
• Analyze and troubleshoot faults generated in RNC & NodeB

• Integrate & Commission Huawei BSC and BTS through M2000
• Perform Patch loading and upgradation of software for M2000, BSC & BTS
