o Chemical analysis of bottom ash, Fly ash.SO2, No3, SPM in chimney, seawater RCB, BBD BHC, distillate, primary condensate, secondary condensate, commute LTA & CF, RO feed water, RO permeate, SDI, RO post treatment water
o ISO audit
o Specific gravity, say blot viscosity, oil in water, water in oil, colour, ash, vanadium, potassium, sodium, acidity, rust preventing test, foam test, flash point, pour point, carbon residue, transformer oil in dissolved gas analysis, lube oil analysis, calorific value determination, sulphur, air release value of lubricating oil, oxidation stability of insulating oil, transformer oil, switchgears, pentane insoluble
• Involving in analysis of lignite, flue gas, sieve, BOD, COD and DO
• Accountable for the preparation of standard solution & calibration of instruments
• Handling the operations of:
o Side stream filter
o Pre-treatment plant
o Cooling water chemical treatment.
o RO Plant through PLC system
o DM Plant through PLC system
o Decanter System
o Sewage Water Treatment Plant
o Effluent Treatment Plant
o Air pre heater wash & GT crank wash
o Acid cleaning in multi stage flash
• Closely monitoring the environmental parameter
• Pivotal in handling the commissioning of R.O plant and DM plant and power plant
• Closely monitoring the condenser leak & handling cation column maintenance
