As Director - a Corporate resource
driving the expansion of operations and resolution of all kinds of challenges -
Commercial, Legal Projects delivery and completion for a large EPC Contracting
company in UAE engaged in Oil and Gas Infrastructure Industry
Was engaged (since August 2015) as Executive Director - Consultant, with a large
Group of diverse companies in Oman, as a Group Corporate recourse, facilitating
the restructuring, enhancement and resurrection of business operations. The
Group has companies in Contracting, Automobile dealerships, logistics & general
workshops, training & skills development and manufacturing business.
Engaged (since Feb2014) as Sr. Vice president (Commercial)
with a large real estate development group, attached to its construction outfit, in
Dubai. In this role he headed the functions of Contracts - both pre-award as well
as post-award, Procurement and Cost & Budgetary Control. Further he was the
corporate advisor on all strategic tie-ups collaboration/JVs as well as legal issues
for the Group companies.
Engaged as ED- Consultant, in ETA
Group, Dubai, facilitating the evolution, structuring and setting up of a Central
Procurement Division and establishing a strategic Procurement Organization. In
addition he played to role of Group resource person directly involved with
implementation of robust operations control system through ERP and resolution
of major challenges faced by the various projects and operations group.
Post Graduate degree in Industrial Engineering & Management from India's most reputed Industrial Management schools. Prior to this Graduated in Mechanical Engineering from IIT (Madras), India.
