• In my work “Effect Of Herbal Extract on Lactobacillus Bulgaricus in Oxidative Stress Condition” it clearly showed that there is a positive correlation on the protective response of antioxidants present in ethanobotanicals between Lactobaccilus bulgaricus and mouse model, therefore it may be advisable to select Lactobacillus for conducting such studies instead of mouse model. • Our observations showed that curry leaves has better antioxidant activity and therefore inclusion in our daily food is expected to protect the body from oxidative stress. • Hence any formulation containing curry leaf extracts may have beneficial effect to overcome oxidative stress during infection especially with viruses such as Influenza etc. However use of garnished curry leaves has any positive antioxidant effect need to be evaluated. • However it is presumed that garnishing with oil at high temperature ( 200 °C) may be undesirable. It is therefore suggested to include curry leaves as a dry powder form in the food preparation. Note: All the objectives of my doctoral study are published as scientific papers in 7 different journals
