Handles a team Leader of about 20 Sales Officers for 5 Dept.
Conduct weekly and monthly meeting with the Team Members.
Ensure that the Hygiene of the staff and section is maintained.
Setup Goals for each officer and provide them their Targets.
Ensure that the Replenishment of stock is done on a daily basis via Supervisors.
Perform Spot Audit for the Dept. assigned and take appropriate action.
Dealing with all customers for the Escalated issues to ensure Customer satisfaction.
Follow up with all the sales to achieve targets.
Improve the team work spirit among sales officers.
