Topaz MENA is WAYBACK BURGERS Master franchise and Brand developer in 28 Countries (MENA Region )
Responsible for hiring and sites selection, costing, pricing, contract reviewing, marketing calendars and marketing plans and implementing the organizational strategy for accomplishing business and operational targets. deals with franchisee by negotiating terms and conditions of each franchisee agreement and preparing development plans. leads the overall marketing strategy planning and identifies, selects, engages, and manages the vendor relationships while worked closely with them.
Spearheads the team consisting of a Legal Advisor, Brockers and consultants, Marketing Manager while handling the Operations, Training, HR, and admin related issues, logistics, and purchase of food and non-food products. Provides a new direction and thought leadership to the company, develops & implements strategies while managing the overall profitability of the operations. Ensures compliance with marketing and sales processes for maintaining business targets across company-owned markets.
Enhances market penetration across the target market segment by setting up an effective franchisee and distribution network. Plans, organizes, and manages the day-to-day running of the business to ensure smooth progress and spearheads the overall organizational and operational goals and initiatives. Streamlines processes for enhancing operational efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction across the organization.
Achievements:
►Acquired franchises and sub franchises for new brand Wayback Burger in MENA.
►Partnered with 6 major consultants for promoting the brand in MENA and actively involved in setting up two locations in Saudi Arabia and across 28 countries in the MENA region.
►Finalized agreements with KSA Eastern region, Republic of Sudan, Morocco, Kuwait,
Negotiate Egypt, Tunisia, Iran, Azerbaijan, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Erbil Iraq, Oman, Central & Western KSA, Georgia, and Malta

Managed the franchisees across the Middle East & North Africa in compliance with organizational policies and procedures. He was responsible for developing business strategies, marketing plans, evaluating operational performances, and implementing follow-up action plans. Handled the hiring and sites selection, costing, pricing, contract reviewing, marketing calendars, and marketing plans.
Provided operational and business development support to 270+ Burger King® restaurants in the Middle East and North Africa. Implemented strategies like home delivery service in BK MENA (the Middle East & North Africa) by enhancing the profit margins. Channeled the franchisee team members in resolving operational issues and implementing the same in day to day business transactions.
Increased operation performance across all stores and implemented the guest trend program to get the best analysis for sales, staffing, the marketing calendar, and budgeting. Was involved in penetrating and setting up the brand in 3 new countries like Egypt, Oman, and Morocco in the last 5 years.

• Spearheaded the management of operations and maintenance of P&L across 102 units (in KSA) at four different regions (Central, Eastern, Western and South). He was responsible for conceptualization, planning, and implementation of innovative and cost-effective marketing communication strategies, support brand development plan for the entire brand portfolio.

Developed the vision, strategies, and tactics to support growing the brands’ equities, distribution, volume, and profitability. Enhanced organizational brand awareness by implementing various promotional schemes across the target market segment. Was engaged in coaching, training, and developing a direct report including overseeing annual brand plans, and driving project agenda. Executed effective remedial measures by highlighting the critical issues and other operational bottlenecks to the senior management and other stakeholders. Increased sales to accomplish a profit of 38% by adjusting prices and controlling costs.
