**FP&A Lead

 Leaded in finalization and preparation of the Annual Business Plan of BMS, working closely with the operating BHs and the CEO, to ensure having smooth planning process and thereby generating a robust 5-year strategic business plan.
 Responsible for reviewing books of accounts before period closure and approving the monthly accruals, adjustments, rectification are properly accounted for.
 Responsible for the preparation and presentation of the MMRT Deck including variance analysis and recommendations post discussion with Unit managers and the CFO, to be submitted to Mubadala group CFO and BOD within timelines.
 Institutionalized Revenue Assurance team within FP&A to ensure timely and correctly booking of revenues, credit analysis, enhanced liquidity of AR with compliance to IFRS which improved working capital cycle by 6.4 days.
 Took initiative to prepare and present monthly forecasting to the sr. management to devise agile risk mitigation strategy faced by this newly set-up business and ensured strict control on indirect cost being watchdog for the entire unit.

**Finance Business Partner

 Acting as Finance Business Partner (FBP) for Group’s investments in Tech services and BPO offerings and responsible for overall finance operations.
 Developed and implemented client centric financial modules, solution delivery and SLA tracking mechanism to ensure value creation at both ends in the long term.
 Created engaging model which led timely and effective execution of large scale contracts (RFP>bidding>execution) involving various functional stakeholder by leveraging upon collaborative approach and thereby improved cash conversion cycle.

**Corporate Finance Projects

 Leading Corporate finance Projects team to design and implement BI tools (viz. HFM, Qlikview, Sub-service profitability) and Business process re-engineering tools (viz. CRM, ePMO).
 Availed the organisation with savings of 16 manhours by automating Monthly management reports and slides which led to early presentation of numbers and action plans by 3 days. (Board report deck timeline reduced from 15th day to 12th day)
 Currently leading RPA tool implementation in one of the service arm of the group, having potential to save AED 3M annually.
