• Scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings and events, including registration and travel arrangements as necessary.
• Answering and manage incoming calls.
•Update new hires and terminations in payroll system
•Coordinates the data-processing system for payroll for the purpose of ensuring the system is operating efficiently, effectively, and accurately.
•Responsible for the coordination efforts between payroll, human resources, budget and other departments to ensure proper flow and maintenance of employee data
•Responsible for payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
•Committed to employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
•Calculating salaries and overtime with the addition to updating new recruits and termination in payroll systems.
